HOLD IT - Place candle in proper holder on flame resistant surface.

DODGE IT - Keep candle away from drafts, flammable objects, children and pets.

TRIM IT - Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch, before lighting and after every 2 hours of burn time, to ensure good flame height. If your wick blooms (the tip enlarges) extinguish and trim immediately.

WATCH IT - Never Leave A Burning Candle Unattended. If flame becomes too large (over 1 inch tall) extinguish immediately. Candles should be burned no longer than 2 hours at a time.

DUNK IT - The best way to extinguish a beeswax candle is to dunk the wick in the wax pool. Or you could use a candlesnuffer. Be sure to straighten and center the wick.

MOLD IT - After extinguishing your pillar candle; gently push sidewalls inward to raise the level of the melt pool. This shortens the wick and extends the life of your candle. Allow candle to cool completely before relighting.

Things You Should Know About Beeswax

Things You Should Know About Beeswax

ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY Beeswax is a natural product made by bees to store their honey.  Beeswax candles are virtually smokeless and drip less when used properly. We use all cotton wicks to maintain this purity. Beeswax is biodegradable.

NATURAL IONIZER Just like lightening, beeswax produces negative ions when burned. These negative ions attach to positive ions (like dust, pollen, mould, odour, toxins) floating in the air and in this process cleans the air.

NON-ALLERGENIC Because we add nothing to our beeswax candles, there is nothing to cause adverse allergic reactions. In fact those suffering from asthma or scent-sensitivity can breath easier in the air cleaned by burning beeswax.

AROMA THERAPY Beeswax burns with a golden halo of light (which brings the full spectrum of sunlight to your room) and a gentle fresh fragrance. The natural fragrance of a burning beeswax candle will calm the inner spirit, allowing relaxation and balance to enter your hectic life. Light one today and enjoy the tranquility!

BEESWAX CANDLES BLOOM Beeswax contains natural tannin, which over time will cause a whitish BLOOM on these candles. To remove warm the candle in your hands or with a blow dryer. You can also use a soft cloth to polish the BLOOM away

Honey Thoughts!

Q - What is Blossom Honey?

A - Blossom Honey is pure Nova Scotian Honey harvested from that province's many different blossoms. Blueberries, clover, apple and wild flowers are but a few examples. Filtered and unpasturized its flavor is as golden as its colour.

Q - What is Cinamon Blossom Honey?

A - Pure Blossom Honey gently infused with cinamon. It is perfect for coffee and delightful on toast!

Q - Why is my honey cloudy, is it bad?

A - Honey will crystalize with age and storage at cool temperatures. It is still perfectly good. To return to a clear liquid state, simply put the bottle of honey in hot but not boiling water.
